We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Flow configuration and a strong background in data governance. This role requires hands-on experience managing a complex Salesforce environment, supporting enterprise-scale automation, optimizing system performance, and enforcing data quality standards across multiple departments. You will report directly to the Business Applications Manager and play a key role in the evolution of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Optimization

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related modules).
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
  • Implement and maintain robust user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security to enforce data access policies.

Flow Configuration (Expert Level)

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows.
  • Refactor and optimize legacy workflow rules and process builders into Flow.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance Flow automation to meet evolving business requirements.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Develop and enforce data governance policies, naming conventions, and data entry standards.
  • Conduct routine data audits and cleansing to ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data stewardship roles and responsibilities.

Platform Enhancements & Integrations

  • Evaluate and implement AppExchange apps and third-party integrations.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and sandbox refreshes.
  • Partner with developers and technical leads for custom Apex, Lightning Components, and integration projects.

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to improve system adoption and utilization.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process maps, configuration records, and SOPs.
  • Define and uphold Salesforce best practices and governance policies across the platform.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide Level 2 support to resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor platform health and performance, including scheduled jobs and API usage.

Who You Are

  •  A clear communicator with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid-to-large-scale environment.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Flows, including complex branching logic and fault paths.
  • Proven track record in data governance and Salesforce data quality initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, user management, profiles, permission sets, and security models.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Connected Applications Management and Integration (preferred but not required).
