A day in the life.

This is a hybrid (2 days a week) position, based out of our Palm Beach Gardens office, that may require in person meetings with region and team.

As our Insurance Marketing Assistant on the Private Client, High Net Worth team, you’ll

Remain current on HNW trends including but not limited to market conditions, carrier strategies and contractual changes. Primary focus is on New Business and renewal remarketing as directed by the Marketing Manager; obtaining sufficient information to prepare a complete submission of an insurance program which best meets the needs of the client/prospect.

Submits account to viable markets looking for the best coverage price, terms and conditions assuring reasonable chance of profitability to the agency and company while providing the best coverage to suit client’s needs regarding their exposures and pricing requirements.

Responsible to refresh existing quote indications (coverage, deductibles, Misc.) As requested by Producer/AE or AM or directed by Marketing Manager.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current & active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license.

  • Strong servicing background, including 1-2 years of experience with luxury carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG.

  • Experience with Excess and Surplus Lines

  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels including internal and external stakeholders; proven problem-solving/analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with EPIC and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Sagitta and/or ImageRight system experience

  • Industry Designations
