What You’ll Do

As part of our management team, you’ll grow into a leader who can cultivate high-performing teams, solve problems across various business contexts, and learn to lead world-class operations. Each day is different and driven by our customers’ evolving needs. As a result, you might find yourself doing any of the following:

  • Analyzing data and interviewing customers to uncover new product opportunities.

  • Leading a 30-person packing department to ship thousands of daily orders.

  • Improving customer experiences by analyzing unsuccessful searches and suggesting changes.

Cash Compensation

  • Base compensation starts at $125,400

  • Total cash compensation is generally around $150,000 to $170,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability

  • Includes a relocation stipend and signing bonus
