About the team + role
As a Compliance Intern, you will support various activities within the Corporate Compliance function. You will own impactful projects that meaningfully contribute to team initiatives to improve the culture of ethics and compliance across Robinhood and its brand.

What you’ll do

Support the E-Communications Compliance team and Compliance Advisory team in their daily tasks related to monitoring compliance with the regulatory requirements and internal policies

Work with team to identify patterns and trends to reduce find efficiencies

Assist in compliance due diligence related task

Assist in documenting compliance activities and findings

Assist in drafting SOP as needed
What you bring
-
Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Business, Government/Political Science, or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptive in fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A passion for Robinhood and/or financial markets, with an interest in improving compliance processes and projects to support operational excellence.
