What’s special about this team: 

The Data, Analytics, and Insights team is responsible for helping the organization make data-informed strategic decisions and measure the outcomes of those decisions. This team partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, as well as market analytics teams worldwide, to better understand their business questions and help them find answers. This collaborative team provides the Enterprise with Macro Sales Forecasts, handles the development of strategic KPIs, and analyzes the impact of company strategies on sales performance. Additionally, they provide data analytics and insights on our Sales-oriented initiatives and product/Program portfolio. As an Intern on the DA&I Team, you will collaborate with partners across the organization to gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that will inform decisions around investments and enterprise sales growth. 

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: 

This position will offer the opportunity to tackle a project with a lasting impact, whether that involves analyzing key strategic initiatives and their impact on sales growth or enhancing our operational excellence as a team.  

An example of a typical project would be:

Projects focus on using data to answer strategic business questions, enhance the accuracy of sales forecasts, or conduct impact assessments on key growth initiatives.  This role would collaborate with our broader Data and Analytics team and key business partners as part of the analytical process.  Exposure to analytical technologies/tools (such as Google Cloud, Tableau, and Python) will also occur. 

Required skills and background: 

Quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information into meaningful interpretations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Masters or equivalent experience  

• Desired Major: Math, Statistics, Business, Finance 

• Desired Class Year: Master's or PhD 

• Desired Skills:  

• Quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information into meaningful interpretations.  

• Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables with competing deadlines.  

• Natural curiosity, desire to explore deeper answers to key questions.  

• Experience working with SQL or Tableau is preferred.
