  • Guide teams in building secure, scalable, and self-serviceable paths to production, balancing developer autonomy with governance and risk management.

  • Support debugging and production incidents  across platform services, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and security
  • Help define and improve DORA metrics across platform environments.
  • Actively contribute to organizational growth through technical hiring, scoping new engagements, and building scalable internal practices for platform operations.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, cybersecurity, SRE, and DevOps roles, operating systems at scale in cloud-native and/or hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, empathy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven success mentoring and coaching platform teams, emphasizing both technical capability growth and healthy, empathetic team dynamics.

  • Extensive experience implementing and automating NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks, including controls mapping, vulnerability management, and continuous security scans.
  • Strong understanding of secure architectures, identity and access management (IAM/SSO), service mesh, and Zero Trust security patterns.
  • Track record of helping teams evolve platform services to support scaling businesses and rapidly growing mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, security, and operational challenges in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
  • Passion for platform enablement: reducing developer cognitive load, scaling reliability, and creating delightful, compliant infrastructure experiences.

Desired Experience

  • Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles, including coaching, mentoring, and growing platform engineers and teams.
  • Practical experience in growing infrastructure services from early stages to large-scale, production-grade systems.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
