  • Collaborate closely with the Content Director and Sr. Marketing Programs Manager to translate core messaging into engaging content and sales enablement materials (e.g., case studies, one-pagers, presentations, website copy, thought leadership pieces, video assets).
  • Leverage and optimize existing content (Prodacity, cATO Playbook ) and identify opportunities for new, targeted assets that highlight and differentiate Rise8’s services in the market.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., Prodacity, cATO Playbook campaigns, Video Series) across various channels, including paid media, email, events, and organic social.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape within GovTech, particularly against other digital services firms and identify opportunities to evolve messaging to remain differentiated.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to establish relevant KPIs and analyze marketing performance data to inform strategic adjustments and optimize future product marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on services marketing for a professional services focused company, ideally within the B2G or US Federal Government sector, specifically in technology or GovTech.  Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies for services or solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the US Federal Government procurement process and buyer's journey to align sales enablement assets to each phase.
  • Experience in developing compelling messaging and content that resonates with diverse government personas (e.g., military vs. civilian, technical vs. acquisition).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external partners.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
