As a Recruiter at Rise8, you will:
Own candidate discovery for Delivery-side hiring (Product, Design, Software Engineering, Platform, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, etc). You’ll run targeted sourcing campaigns, conduct crisp initial screens, and hand off well-qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner. Success means a steady, predictable pipeline of high-quality candidates who pass through screening into skills assessments.
- Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, ClearanceJobs.com, Slack communities, and events (As Needed).
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and maintain nurture pools for future demand.
- Conduct initial phone screens to qualify skills/company fit, compensation expectations, location, interest, and availability.
- Maintain candidate records and activity in Greenhouse (source, notes, tags, outreach dates, status).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to refine candidate profiles and improve conversion.
- Track outreach results, measure channel performance, and report on what’s working.
- Manage high-volume outreach while keeping candidate experience high and responsive.
- Represent Rise8 at recruiting events (when needed) and help build employer brand in targeted communities.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience (technical recruiting experience is a strong plus).
- Expert with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience using Greenhouse or a similar ATS for tracking and reporting.
- Experienced recruiting candidates for a software services organization and an understanding of the software delivery process.
- Excellent phone-screening skills — fast, thorough, candidate-first.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable hitting outreach metrics, attention to detail is a must have.
- Strong written communication for outreach that converts passive candidates.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving remote environment; able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions, and operate with a high level of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting cleared / GovCon candidates.
- Experience sourcing engineers through GitHub, GitLab, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Familiar with Greenhouse reporting, Slack automations, and basic Excel pivot tables.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, remote environment with shifting priorities.
Salary
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $100,000 to $120,000 regardless of final candidate location within the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.

- Rise8 is part of the Life Time Corporate Partner program. In lieu of your $500 annual wellness benefit, you can instead get a $75 monthly credit towards a Life Time membership ($900 annual benefit).

All of Rise8’s work in this area is with Federal Government customers that require our employees involved with their projects be U.S. citizens. As such, this role requires U.S. citizenship. If hired, you would also be required to go through a background investigation.
