Business Development Representative - Austin Texas
Business Development Representative
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year plus commission (Sliding Scale)

Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts to create and secure new business opportunities. Your role will involve developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to our brand’s success. Key Responsibilities
Monitor industry trends and customer drivers; collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies.

Support deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery.
Maintain and utilize CRM (Pipedrive) for lead generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management.
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices.
Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations.
Other Requirements:
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking.

Community Association Manager
Community Association Manager - Austin, TX
Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000 based on experience

Position Overview
RISE is seeking an experienced and proactive Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both condominium and single-family communities. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, professional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining high-quality communities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to RISE’s procedures, policies, and tools.
Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area.
Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.
Review monthly Board of Directors packets and oversee mass mailings.
Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing calls and messages within 24 hours.
Efficiently manage new account onboarding.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address community needs.
Foster team development through an open-door policy and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
Experience managing both condominium and single-family communities preferred.
Multifamily property management experience preferred.
Experience managing a portfolio of communities preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management abilities.
General understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, Adobe, and 10-key.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Condo Porter/Maintenance
On-Site Porter

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Porter to help keep our community spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role combines general cleaning duties with light maintenance work such as touch-up painting, power washing, and operating a blower in the garage and outdoor areas.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Upkeep
Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and breezeways
Sweep, mop, dust, and spot-clean as needed
Empty trash receptacles and clean trash areas
Wash windows and glass doors
Maintain cleanliness around pool areas, parking garages, and outdoor spaces
Light Maintenance
Perform touch-up painting and light repairs as needed
Operate a blower to clean the garage and outdoor walkways
Perform light power washing of building surfaces and walls
Inspect property for maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly
Replace light bulbs and assist with minor upkeep projects
General
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with residents and staff
Be flexible and available for occasional project work
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or light maintenance work preferred
Skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-kept spaces
Ability to safely use cleaning and light maintenance equipment (blower, power washer, etc.)
