  • Ensure proper handling and completion of ARC (Architectural Review Committee) requests.
  • Lead and support a team of Deed Restriction Field Specialists, providing training, guidance, and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain drive schedules to ensure all drives are completed consistently and on time.
  • Step in to cover community drives as needed, though this role is primarily office-based.
  • Track completion and performance of drives to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide strong administrative support for the Client Service department and partner cross-functionally with Community Managers.
  • Support the distribution of community notices and other resident-facing communications.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes and the overall resident experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience in a professional setting; at least 1 year in property management, hospitality, or administrative operations.
    • Prior experience in leading a team is preferred.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college coursework preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing/customer service platforms.
    • Knowledge of community guidelines, CC&Rs, and basic architectural standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
    • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

    • Group health insurance (75% employer-paid).
