Overview

As the Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution, publishing, maintenance, and optimization of Rithum's website and digital content ecosystem. Working closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, and external partners, you execute website updates, content publishing, SEO enhancements, quality assurance testing, and content governance activities that ensure a high-quality digital experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies to improve website performance, operational efficiency, and content discoverability.

 

Responsibilities

Website Publishing & Content Operations

  • Execute end-to-end publishing of website content, including campaigns, landing pages, product pages, resource content, and legal or compliance updates.
  • Maintain and update website content within WordPress and related digital platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute scheduled and ad hoc website updates while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to publishing standards.
  • Manage incoming publishing requests and prioritize work across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, agencies, and contractors to support timely and effective content delivery. 

Content Maintenance & Site Governance

  • Maintain website content hygiene through content audits, page refreshes, content removals, and unpublishing activities.
  • Implement and validate redirects, support URL management, and maintain internal linking structures.
  • Identify and resolve content quality issues, broken links, outdated information, and user experience concerns.
  • Support website governance initiatives by maintaining documentation, publishing standards, and operational processes.
  • Ensure all website updates align with established SEO, accessibility, and user experience best practices.

SEO, Analytics & Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO enhancements, including metadata updates, page structure improvements, internal linking, redirects, and keyword alignment.
  • Support execution of SEO, GEO, and AI-driven content discoverability initiatives defined by digital marketing leadership.
  • Assist with website testing, analytics validation, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Support implementation and validation of analytics tracking, tags, forms, and measurement requirements.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement related to content discoverability, engagement, and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, agencies, and external vendors to coordinate website updates and digital initiatives.
  • Track requests, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management and ticketing systems.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and completion timelines to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, publishing guidelines, and operational playbooks.
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance execution quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen website operations, content management processes, and digital marketing effectiveness.

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, marketing operations, content operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with WordPress or a similar content management system.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and content publishing workflows.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization best practices, and website governance principles.
  • Experience supporting website updates, content publishing, quality assurance testing, or digital marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies, tools, and digital marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience managing redirects, metadata updates, content audits, and website optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, eCommerce, or digital marketing organizations.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to support content publishing, research, workflow automation, or digital marketing operations.

We believe in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $65,000-$90,000 per year. 

This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.

For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
