Account Executive
Are you an experienced Enterprise SaaS sales professional with a passion for driving results, building relationships, and closing deals? Riva is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for business development, managing a sales territory, and delivering exceptional results. Your expertise will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving the success of our organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- In this role, you will report to the Director of Strategic Accounts and be responsible for driving new business within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on industry verticals such as, but not limited to Financial Services.
More specifically your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- With management, negotiate contracts and close deals that align with Riva's business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Riva's solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- A minimum of 3 years of successful Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in owning a sales territory as an individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and cloud solutions.
- Excellent networking and prospecting skills, with the ability to generate a high-quality pipeline.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working at Salesforce.com or another leading cloud CRM vendor.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level business applications (CRM, cloud services, collaboration software).
