POSITION OVERVIEW
RIVA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Project Manager who will lead multidisciplinary security, AI, DevSecOps, governance, and QA teams while serving as the primary delivery lead responsible for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall program execution and FFP delivery.
- Manage security, AI, DevSecOps, governance, and QA teams.
- Serve as primary interface with leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, release planning, and executive briefings.
- Manage scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and financial performance.
- Prepare status reports, staffing plans, and risk registers.
- Support contract compliance, onboarding, transition, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing Federal IT delivery programs.
- Experience leading AI, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and risk management.
- Executive reporting and stakeholder communication experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
- Experience managing FFP Federal contracts.
- Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, ATO, and DevSecOps.
Pay range
$160,000 - $175,000 USD
