Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Roark recruiting team. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the development, planning, and execution of all Roark recruiting efforts, including internships & other programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about delivering seamless, high-quality hiring experience. You’ll collaborate with the Roark team to streamline our recruiting efforts and optimize our recruitment initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Roark recruiting programs
  • Organize the logistics for and attend campus recruiting events, interact with candidates, and ensure all activities run smoothly
  • Assist in planning our Summer Analyst program, working with stakeholders to create and execute training and development
  • Develop recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking
  • Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates throughout the interview processes
  • Monitor and follow up on interview confirmations, declines, and rescheduling requests to maintain a smooth interview process
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and recruiting efficiency
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc
  • Own the updating of recruiting tracking system (Greenhouse) with candidate feedback, event management & reporting in an accurate manner

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, human resources, or a related field. Internship experience will also be considered
    • Demonstrated experience in campus recruiting, including candidate engagement, career service relations and logistics 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS platforms
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and new hire experience
