RoboForce is an AI robotics company building Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor systems for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our robots are designed to operate in complex, unstructured industrial environments, with a focus on real-world deployment and scalability.
We are seeking a Marketing Lead (AI & Robotics) to define how RoboForce shows up to the world. In this role, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team as the steward of our narrative, shaping how our technology, products, and long-term vision are understood by investors, customers, partners, media, and future teammates. You will own how RoboForce is positioned, perceived, and remembered.
- Own the Core Narrative: Define and evolve RoboForce’s messaging across key touchpoints, including the website, social media, decks, and keynotes. Ensure a clear, credible story that reflects our technical leadership and long-term ambition.
- Establish Brand Authority: Help position RoboForce as a credible leader in Physical AI and robotics through thoughtful storytelling, sharp editorial judgment, and a focus on signal over noise.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute marketing initiatives across key channels, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and WeChat. Own content strategy, publishing cadence, campaign planning, and continuous iteration.
- Campaigns & Launches: Lead focused marketing campaigns and milestone launches. When we ship something meaningful, help turn it into a clear and high-impact moment.
- PR & External Communications: Shape how RoboForce communicates externally during important moments, coordinating messaging across PR, social, video, and events.
- Talent Magnet Storytelling: Create content that attracts world-class talent by highlighting the people, culture, and execution mindset behind RoboForce.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally within deep tech, robotics, AI, or similarly technical industries.
- Exceptional Writing: Strong, precise writing ability with a track record of explaining complex systems clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineers and technical leaders. Curious about how systems work and able to translate technical ideas into meaningful stories.
- 0-to-1 Builder Mindset: Comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, operating without a playbook, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Taste & Judgment: Strong editorial and brand judgment — knowing when to be bold, when to be restrained, and how to balance credibility with ambition.
- Execution Velocity: High ownership and ability to move quickly, switching between strategy and hands-on execution as the company evolves.
- Work Mode: Onsite preferred; hybrid available.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, AI, autonomy, developer platforms, or other deep-tech industries
- Experience at early-stage startups or as a first/early marketing hire
- Experience managing PR, launches, or major product announcements
- Familiarity with technical storytelling for engineers, builders, or developer audiences
- Experience producing video, technical blogs, or product storytelling content
