Delivery Manager

At Robots & Pencils, we drive digital innovation by building meaningful, scalable software products for forward-thinking clients. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Delivery Manager to lead distributed teams across North America. 

The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Agentic Vehicle Assistant Proof of Concept (POC) engagement through proactive delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership. This role will facilitate phase review checkpoints, manage delivery risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional pod activities, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the Robots & Pencils delivery team. The Delivery Lead will help ensure the engagement progresses smoothly across Discovery, Core Build, and Intelligence & Polish phases while supporting an iterative, fast-moving, proof-of-concept delivery model. 
 

What you'll do: 

• Delivery oversight across all phases of the engagement  
• Facilitation of phase review checkpoints and client progress reviews  
• Risk, dependency, and issue tracking with proactive remediation  
• Stakeholder communication and alignment  
• Coordination across engineering, AI, design, and product disciplines  
• Backlog alignment and delivery prioritization support  
• Ensuring delivery transparency, status reporting, and escalation management  
• Supporting a continuous delivery and iterative software deployment model  
• Maintaining alignment with POC timelines, scope priorities, and client expectations  

Required Skills & Experience  

•  7+ years in software development or technicaldelivery
• Proven success delivering complex projects in agile environments, meeting demanding timelines and quality expectations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise AI platforms  
• Strong familiarity with AWS Cloud Services 
• Ability to leverage delivery metrics and performance data to inform strategies and optimize outcomes
•  Expertise in Data Synchronization concepts 
•  Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident managing executive-level relationships and escalations
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical/project management certifications are highly desirable.  
• Experience managing delivery teams across multiple time zones and geographies
