Advertising Account Manager

Location: Must be located within Regional NY/NJ/NH - Travel to client headquarters within these regions on a weekly basis is required.

If this sounds like you, Rockbot is looking for an exceptional Advertising Account Manager to join our team!

As Account Manager, Retail Media you’ll serve as the primary point of contact to Rockbot’s top Retail Media Enterprise Clients in support of managing advertiser campaigns across Rockbot’s diverse advertising solutions, including TV, Digital Signage, and Audio.

You will oversee the lifecycle of our clients’ advertiser campaigns from kick-off to completion, ensuring success, satisfaction, growth and achievement of goals. This role reports directly to our Director, Sales Enablement - Advertising.

You will:

  • Execute our clients’ TV, Digital Signage, and Audio advertiser campaigns from start to finish including implementation, launch, monitoring and post-campaign. 
  • Serve as the day-to-day advertising lead, communicating directly with enterprise clients regarding all their advertising-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate inventory availability, ad implementation, trafficking, optimization and delivery of campaigns.
  • Diligently monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms.
  • Manage campaign planning materials such as media plans, spec-sheets, budgets, timelines, best practices and assets to ensure efficient and timely execution processes.
  • Regularly extract campaign data to provide performance reports to clients and produce campaign wrap-up reports as needed.
  • Evaluate campaign analytics to highlight key metrics and insights and offer new strategies and opportunities.
  • Serve as a resource and expert to clients by collaborating on advertising strategy, recommending optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI and, providing insight on Rockbot ad solutions.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Ad Operations, Creative, Product and Data/BI teams to ensure flawless implementation, troubleshooting and measurement across all aspects of campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders: hosting kick-off calls, internal team updates, client updates, recap presentations, etc.
  • Assist Ad Sales Enablement Marketing on retail media solution collateral, providing input through the lens of being the enterprise client advertiser expert.
  • Be a partner to our internal enterprise sales and customer success teams to ensure communication, transparency, alignment, and planning – all with the goal of driving client satisfaction, retention and account growth and expansion.
  • Be the advertising subject matter expert of retail media clients, informing the larger Advertising team through feedback, insights, solutions, weekly meeting updates, etc.
  • Travel to Retail Media client locations within your region.

You have:

  • Proven media account management, media planning, client service, and/or campaign management experience with deep knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Strong project/program management skills: able to prioritize, follow direction, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Consistently exceeded goals in product adoption and campaign management.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets to uncover key performance insights and develop strategies to maximize results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, and planning.
  • Proficient in various project, media, and onboarding management tools.
  • Excellent presentation and deck-building abilities with a keen eye for detail and visuals.
  • Team player with a collaborative mentality and passion.
  • Strong judgment, able to act decisively and diplomatically.

Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $100K-$120K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
