Advertising and Marketing Account Manager

Location: NY/NJ/Boston - Remote with travel to client headquarters within these regions.

The Advertising and Marketing Account Manager will support our client, one of the world’s largest brick & mortar retailers on location. You will nurture this client relationship and oversee the rollout of various media marketing and advertising campaigns across audio placements and programming. You will serve as the team’s primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, growth and success of their audio marketing and advertising campaigns.

You Will:

  • Program manage audio marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as product, advertising, and/or program details.
  • Liaise with client sales management and operation teams as well as our Rockbot internal production team to ensure successful programs and campaigns with many moving parts.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop strategic plans for TV, Digital Signage, and Audio marketing and advertising campaigns that align with the client's business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and account management, to ensure all aspects of the campaign are aligned and executed smoothly.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Create market sales collateral and scale audio ads programs.  
  • Manage audio, digital signage and TV ad implementation and trafficking.  
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance using various analytics tools and platforms.
  • Provide regular performance reports to client, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and campaign budget allocations to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to discover key insights, develop new strategies, and offer new areas of opportunity via regular business reviews.
  • Chart, support, and measure account expansion and performance.
  • Be on-site at the client corporate offices, up to several days per week.

 

You Have:

  • Developed enterprise client partnerships for major brands.
  • Demonstrated media account management experience and knowledge of the media space.
  • Awesome project/program management & planning skills: set priorities, take direction, and handle multiple tasks & deadlines.
  • Consistently overachieved in product adoption and campaign management
  • Experience analyzing large data sets to uncover key campaign performance insights and developing new strategies to maximize performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (copywriting), attention to detail, organization, and planning.
  • Excellent presentation and deck building skills - good eye for detail and visuals.
  • Team player mentality and passion.
  • Good judgment with the ability to interact decisively and diplomatically.
  • The desire to work successfully within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Creative and flexible thinking, an open mind, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Audio ideally and Radio is a plus.

Compensation: Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $100K-$120K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
