Rocket Lab is an end-to-end space company delivering responsive launch services, complete spacecraft design and manufacturing, payloads, satellite components, and more – all with the goal of opening access space. Our Electron rocket has become the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket annually and has delivered more than 230 satellites to orbit, all while we work to develop Neutron, our upcoming medium-lift, reusable launch vehicle for larger constellation deployment. Our Space Systems business designs and builds our extensive line of satellites, payloads, and their components, including spacecraft that have been selected to support NASA missions to the Moon and Mars and components used on the James Webb Space Telescope.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner within our People & Culture team, your role is vital: hire the best. Not good enough. Not almost there. The absolute best.

You'll work alongside fellow recruitment specialists to source, select, and secure exceptional talent who can thrive in an environment where precision matters and mediocrity isn't an option.

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years' recruitment experience, you've mastered the craft and know how to navigate complexity
• Proactive sourcing expertise, you hunt down talent others can't find using every technique in the book (and a few you invented)
• Exceptional relationship building skills, candidates and hiring managers trust you because you deliver
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands, multiple urgent roles, shifting priorities, fast pace? You've got this
• Creative problem-solving, when plan A fails, you've already moved to plan C
• The Rocket Lab hustle, you move with urgency, adapt quickly, and get things done
