 We are looking for a Sr Accountant. His/Her key responsibilities will be:

• Oversee and optimize daily accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Manage financial reporting, including collecting, analyzing, verifying, and presenting financial data.
• Monitor and interpret accounting data, generating accurate financial statements and reports.
• Establish and enforce accounting policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate annual audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance financial systems and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
• Serve as a key reference within the accounting team, offering guidance and expertise to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial matters
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

The required qualifications are:

• Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 
• +5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment 
• Advanced English, both written and verbal
• Experience in financial statement preparation and closing processes, tax filings, audits, and account analys
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Google Sheets and financial software (experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus)
