The Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager ā EMEA to lead business development and client acquisition efforts across the region. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a senior commercial professional with a strong track record and a deep network of advertisers and brandsāespecially in non-gaming verticals like e-commerce, retail, travel, fintech, and entertainment.
šÆ What Youāll Do
- Own and grow revenue by acquiring new clients and budiling long-term relationships across EMEA.
- Leverage your network of C-level and senior decision-makers to accelerate business development, particularly in non-gaming sectors.
- Position Rocketlab.aiās solutionsāincluding OEM, Apple Ads, and programmatic offeringsāas best-in-class for performance marketing.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term success and retention of key accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Shape the regional strategy, identifying market trends, vertical-specific opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and performance recommendations to clients.
š” What Weāre Looking For
- 6+ years in ad-tech sales or business development with a strong focus on mobile, programmatic, or performance marketing.
- Proven success in closing enterprise-level deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- A well-established network of clients and decision-makers across advertisers and brands in EMEA
- Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition channels
- A self-starter mindset
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
- A results-driven and entrepreneurial approach with a passion for ad-tech innovation.
- Proven track record in tech startups is a plus.
