About the Role

Rocket Lawyer is seeking an accomplished marketing leader who has created and delivered integrated marketing campaigns that create brand love and deliver business impact. 
This leader will have a deep understanding of Rocket Lawyer’s target customers and how to design and execute breakthrough multi-channel campaigns and activations while managing project milestones and influencing teams to improve impact and scale. You will work with the best in the industry, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination, strategic instincts and energy to this high-profile position. To be successful, you’ll need to be a strong cross-functional leader with experience developing creative, high impact programs that forge connections with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Be a knowledgeable authority on the audiences we support ranging from consumer to SMBs as well as the categories and industries in which we compete. Bring fresh, relevant points of view to the work at hand and build what's next
  • Partner across the Growth team to craft  full funnel integrated strategy and plans designed to deliver sales and engagement targets across all of Rocket Lawyer’s product lines. Correlate activations to measurement plans that yield performance results
  • Bring and inspire new ideas for breakthrough activations across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels 
  • Lead the execution of cohesive activation plans including always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships and SMB influencer relationships. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touch points
  • Provide on-going guidance and leadership across the Growth, Product and Sales teams
  • Develop content strategies with internal teams and external agencies that enable effective campaign performance in partnership with Product Marketing, Content & Design teams
  • Advocate for marketing investments that create sustainable marketing impact and business growth. Partner with Finance on forecasting, ensuring accurate measurement and attribution by source
  • Champion the Rocket Lawyer mission, brand purpose, ensuring It is coordinated into how our brands and products show up at every touch point

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing or integrated campaign experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in the SaaS sector
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with peers and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals, reflecting your leadership and team-oriented approach
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing; diverse marketing channels, associated goals, and metrics
  • Be energized by connecting the dots between insights, strategy and planning, and impactful results
  • Experience using data, metrics and customer insights to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Very strong written communication and presentation skills- and proficient working with remote teams
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detailed-oriented, with a high bar for excellence in every deliverable 
  • Ability to create clear and compelling campaign briefs as well as willingness to roll up the sleeves to create externally-facing assets or internal deliverables

Preferred Qualification

  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience
  • Proficient understanding of Tech industry; Legal Tech industry a plus
  • MBA or Equivalent
