Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role will play a pivotal role in increasing sales efficiency, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring sustainable growth across our digital channels.

As a creative, data-driven B2B Marketer you’ll be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling strategies that benefit new buyer lead generation and pipeline growth as well as user product adoption and engagement. You’ll collaborate across teams—including marketing, product, and development—to ensure all aspects of the customer journey contribute to Rocket Lawyer’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven experimentation by conducting A/B tests aimed at optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and maximizing lifetime value (LTV) through targeted initiatives.
  • Focus on Enterprise lead generation optimization, collaborating with the Rocket Lawyer Marketing Team on search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and other digital marketing tactics to grow both organic traffic and paid reach.
  • Analyze real-time data from tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Chorus, generating reports and adapting strategies based on insights to ensure continued growth.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives across all platforms and ensure seamless integration of efforts.
  • Optimize the customer journey by mapping the Enterprise customer buyer and end-user experiences, improving conversion funnels, and reducing drop-off rates to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Innovate by creating unconventional growth strategies that engage new audiences, increase virality, and drive product adoption through creative growth hacks.
  • Work with the affiliate marketing and enterprise partnerships to manage relationships with brokers, affiliates, and third-party platforms to drive new leads through broker and affiliate marketing.
  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure messaging aligns with growth goals and reflects Rocket Lawyer’s core brand and values.
  • Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes, ensuring an efficient and scalable approach to growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in facilitating both inbound and outbound sales motions, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, ideally within SaaS, tech startups, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Chorus, and other marketing and data analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, implementing non-traditional growth strategies that can be effectively scaled.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with teams to refine product-market fit, utilizing customer feedback and market trends to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, as well as email marketing platforms and CRM systems, to drive growth initiatives efficiently.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
