We are in a unique position to enhance and expand the Rocket Lawyer platform to a scale never seen before in the company’s history, to capture audiences worldwide. We are expanding our team to take on this challenge!

About your role

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a first-of-its-kind marketplace for on-demand legal advice. Think Uber or Lyft, but for legal help. This product will connect customers with qualified Legal Pros to request answers, schedule consultations, and access legal services in real time—at scale.

You’ll own the infrastructure that powers this experience, including the systems that manage customer intake, match them with Legal Pros, facilitate the interaction, track workflows, handle payments, and maintain a detailed audit trail. The platform will launch in the U.S. and expand globally, with the goal of disrupting the legal industry by making it simple and affordable for all.

You’ll work cross-functionally to define strategy, gather requirements, measure success, and ensure delivery—building the right product and building the product right.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, working with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
  • Define product KPIs and use data to drive decision-making, prioritize features, and measure outcomes.
  • Create and manage detailed product requirements, documentation, and agile sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build API-enabled, extensible systems that scale with usage and support internationalization.
  • Break down projects into clear, actionable tickets and work closely with engineering teams to ensure sprint commitments are met.
  • Monitor progress and address risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact timelines.
  • Provide regular, clear updates to business and executive stakeholders on scope, status, and timelines.
  • Design simple, visual user flows and wireframes to drive alignment across teams.
  • Instrument your product to capture performance metrics, track health, and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Use cost-benefit analysis and data insights to propose features and optimizations that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with UX, internal teams, and customer-facing product groups to ensure exceptional user experiences.
  • Build successful partnerships with third-party vendors and integrate their systems effectively.
  • Design with scalability and sustainability in mind—minimizing technical debt and avoiding vendor or use-case lock-in.

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SLA-driven fulfillment systems for a recognized brand.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical products that meet both customer and business needs.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills with the ability to define and track meaningful KPIs.
  • Skilled in creating documentation, flows, and visual aids to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting updates to executives and managing multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience working across geographies and cultures, ideally in the U.S., U.K., or Brazil.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, design, engineering, operations, and customer teams.
  • A track record of integrating third-party solutions and evaluating their value for your product ecosystem.
  • A passion for Rocket Lawyer’s mission: making the law simple and affordable for all.

Not sure if you meet all the qualifications? Apply anyway! We value diverse experiences and encourage you to bring your unique talents to our team!

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
