
Sales Support Specialist
About your role
We are seeking a motivated and business-driven Sales Support professional to join Rocket Lawyer and play a central role in converting inbound leads into active clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to learn the fundamentals of business formation in Brazil, and is excited about working in a high-growth technology environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the drive to convert interest into action. You will be the first human connection many entrepreneurs have with our brand. Your job is to understand their situation, guide them with clarity, remove uncertainty, and support them through the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and confident in following up consistently with leads. You are not afraid to ask for the closing moment, and you know how to do it with respect and warmth. You find solutions fast, learn quickly, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Here, you will help people delete bureaucracy from one of the most stressful parts of entrepreneurship: opening and managing a company in Brazil.
How you will make a difference day to day
- Lead Follow-Up and Conversion
- Engage with inbound leads that visited the website or started the process but did not close
- Understand each client’s business profile, needs, and level of urgency
- Conduct clear and assertive follow-ups across WhatsApp, voice calls, and email
- Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
- Present offers and plans in a simple and transparent way
- Make the closing ask with natural authority
- Explain in plain language the steps to open (or regularize) a company in Brazil
- Clarify doubts regarding business types, documentation, and basic tax regimes
- Help clients feel safe and supported
What you’ll need
- Currently studying or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in services or consultative environments
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with clients
- Comfort working with sales targets, lead follow-up routines, and closing conversations
- Ability to understand and explain basic business formation steps in a simple and practical way
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and keep CRM information accurate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant learning and adaptation
Nice to have
- Professional working proficiency in English (internal communication and tools)
- Nice to have: Basic familiarity with accounting concepts, tax regimes, or company registration processes, experience in startups or digital product environments, previous use of CRM platforms, and an interest in career growth within commercial and tech-driven roles.
