Rockstar is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Production Coordinator to join our Narrative Gameplay team and work on globally acclaimed AAA games.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Rockstar’s large game development studio in Bangalore, India.
WHAT WE DO
- The Rockstar Games Production team works to improve global communication between various disciplines of Animation, Audio and Code to ensure there is a clear workflow.
- We proactively use knowledge and experience to develop data models, reports, and analyses to identify and solve problems before they affect our development teams.
- We work with animators, leads and directors to schedule, track and complete team goals.
- We collaborate with global animation, design, and audio teams to solve problems and implement immersive sequences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide production support for all our Global titles.
- Liaise with Production/Leads and the wider team to ensure that all tasks are prioritized correctly and support the workloads of individual team members.
- Build reports for future planning, lead sprint meetings, track project progress, identify dependencies, and resolve them quickly.
- Create and maintain documentation from various sources, including meeting notes, design documents, weekly project updates and emails, in addition to recording tutorial and demo videos for feature areas as required.
- Handle priorities effectively ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of project status/changes.
- Synchronize information across team scheduling boards to supervise all requests.
- Assist the New York’s Dialogue team in updating animation renders with the latest Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR), creating/maintaining audio-related documentation and audio pipeline bug creation/management.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in production or project management, with experience maintaining project plans and schedules.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with teams across the organization.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
- Flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, milestone-driven environment.
- Experience with or interest in the video game development process or software development.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience working with game engines.
- Proficiency in multiple software tools, including Excel, Bug Tracking Programs (TestTrack Pro, JIRA, Bugzilla), Word, Micro Soft Project, PPM system, Visio, and PowerPoint, for project handling and communication.
- Proven successful production experience organizing and tracking large amounts of information.
