Senior Trust & Safety Analyst, Creator Platform

Rockstar is on the lookout for talented Senior Trust & Safety Analyst to support the ongoing growth of the Rockstar Games Creator Platform, which includes the FiveM and RedM modification platforms for Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption II. This hire will be responsible for leading complex investigations, making high-impact enforcement decisions, and helping to improve the policies, workflows, and quality standards that support a safe and fair Creator Platform ecosystem.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Rockstar’s large game development studio in Bangalore, India. 

WHAT WE DO

• The Rockstar Games Creator Platform Team delivers a technology platform that enables players to experience community created content on fully customized dedicated servers, allowing creators to build their own game modes and modifications using various scripting languages.
• We help ensure that user-generated content from our creators follows Rockstar Games’ policies, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
• We develop processes using technology solutions to handle moderation at scale across Rockstar Games’ user-generated content ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide guidance and case support to analysts, including coaching on complex investigations, policy interpretation, and enforcement decisions.
• Monitor case quality, escalation trends, and operational performance, and recommend improvements to workflows, guidance, tooling, and quality controls.
• Review and investigate complex Trust & Safety reports involving user-generated content, creator activity, FiveM and RedM servers, community forums, Marketplace submissions, and other Creator Platform surfaces.
• Review appeals and escalations from analysts or other operational teams, identify errors or inconsistencies, and provide clear guidance on appropriate outcomes.
• Conduct advanced investigations using internal tools, OSINT, and cross-platform intelligence sources. Make high-confidence enforcement decisions involving severe, high-risk, or escalated violations.
• Be a subject matter expert on policy/moderation related topics, identify policy gaps, abuse trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct calibration sessions to keep the team on the same page and mitigate new policy enforcement challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, compliance, investigations, platform integrity, or a related operational field, preferably supporting user-generated content platforms.
• Strong experience with policy enforcement, global safety policies, interpreting and enforcing policies in complex or ambiguous cases.
• Strong understanding of UGC in gaming (user-generated content) and modding communities or a related large-scale UGC platforms.
• Ability to assess incomplete, conflicting, or cross-platform evidence and communicate complex policy decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making, supported by strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Experience using case-management, ticketing, documentation, or investigation tools like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, is beneficial.

• Experience in mentoring analysts or supporting team development.
• Prior experience in launching new moderation programs, workflows, tooling, or pilot operations.
• Passion for Rockstar Games and its gaming ecosystem.
• Familiarity in handling or participating in roleplaying, gaming or modding communities, particularly within the Grand Theft Auto and FiveM/RedM ecosystem.
• Good understanding on online investigations, platform abuse, creator monetization, marketplace risk, or live-service operations.
