Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst / Associate on Roivant’s Commercial team, you will be directly responsible for building the functions and capabilities behind Roivant’s commercialization engine. This is a rare chance to shape the commercialization of multiple medicines across a range of indications from the ground up, as Roivant prepares to become the next breakout commercial-stage biotech.

This role is built for someone eager to work across the full commercial agenda, including market research, physician and KOL engagement, real-world data analysis, financial modeling, competitive diligence, and other areas, owning end-to-end workstreams and driving recommendations. This is a high-agency position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving and collaborative environment, takes ownership, and runs directly toward hard problems. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership and a front-row seat as your work drives decisions that matter, with real room to grow quickly and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial workstreams end to end – scoping key questions, structuring analyses, executing the work, and driving to a recommendation
  • Design and run primary and secondary market research to size markets, map patient journeys, and understand competitive dynamics across a variety of disease areas
  • Conduct KOL interviews with physicians and market experts, translating qualitative signal into clear implications for commercial strategy and launch planning
  • Analyze real-world data such as EHR and claims to pressure-test assumptions and quantify commercial opportunities
  • Build bottom-up revenue forecasts and market models, drawing on standard commercial datasets and pricing/policy sources
  • Synthesize findings into decision-ready recommendations and presentations that inform strategic decisions prior to and following launches
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across Roivant and our Vants, as well as external partners, to keep workstreams on track and to a high standard
  • Contribute to cross-functional problem-solving on the highest-priority questions facing Roivant’s commercial-stage assets

Qualifications

  • Exceptional record of achievement from a top-tier university
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategy, commercial, or analytical role in life sciences, for example management consulting, a commercial or strategy function at a biopharma or life sciences company, or life sciences-focused investing, banking, or equity research
  • Direct experience commercializing life sciences products strongly desired — for example, asset launch or a strategy and operations role at a commercial-stage biopharma
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability with the range to move fluidly between qualitative and quantitative work
  • Comfort with data; familiarity with EHR and/or claims data is a plus
  • Deep experience with Excel, including financial modeling, and PowerPoint
  • Strong primary-research and stakeholder-engagement skills; credible and clear with senior and expert audiences
  • Able to lead workstreams independently, navigate ambiguity, and execute at high velocity
  • Intensely curious, resourceful, and motivated

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, three days per week in-office position based in New York, NY. The role offers meaningful equity participation and a comprehensive company-sponsored benefits package.

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.  The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $115,000 to $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.
