About ROLLER

ROLLER isn’t your average SaaS company. We operate globally across 30+ countries, powering millions of real-world experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. What we build doesn’t just live on a screen. It shows up in busy venues, peak weekends, and unforgettable moments for guests.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: help operators run better businesses while creating great guest experiences. That means solving complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale.

Just as importantly, it’s the people. We’re a team of 300+ smart, grounded, and genuinely passionate humans working across the globe. We care about quality, ownership, and doing work we’re proud of, without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re growing fast, aiming high, and building something that matters. If you want to work on real problems, with real customers, alongside people who care deeply about their craft and impact, ROLLER is a great place to do it.

Why You'll Enjoy This Role!

🚀 Real Scale, Real Momentum - If you want your judgment to matter, this is the place. ROLLER is a global, rapidly scaling SaaS business backed by Insight Partners. In 2025, we powered 90 million guest experiences across those 35 countries, and we're growing fast towards 1 billion experiences a year. Decisions you make as a PM show up in real venues, with real staff, serving real guests.

🎯 True Product Ownership - PMs at ROLLER own problems end-to-end. That means discovery, delivery, adoption, and commercial impact. Shipping isn't the finish line. You're accountable for whether customers actually use what you build and whether it moves the business.

🗣️ Customers, Not Proxies - You won't be insulated from customers by layers of process. You'll talk directly with operators, visit venues, validate ideas in-market, and learn from real usage. This is product management with dirt on your shoes and data in your hands.

🧠 Seat at the Table - PMs work closely with senior leadership and are expected to have a point of view. You'll regularly share your thinking, challenge assumptions, and influence direction. If you're strong, you'll be heard. If you're right, you'll move the company.

Why You Want To Work With Us

❤️ Loved by Customers - ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, and trusted by leading operators worldwide. That doesn't happen by accident. Customer obsession isn't a value on a wall here, it's embedded in how we prioritise, build, and measure success.

🏆 A Great Place People Choose to Stay - We’ve been Great Place to Work certified across multiple regions for several years running. That reflects a culture that values trust, autonomy, and growth, and an environment where high standards and psychological safety coexist.

💸 Competitive Package & Real Career Growth - We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned to the level of ownership we expect. As ROLLER scales, so do the opportunities. People grow here by taking on bigger problems, broader scope, and greater responsibility. Progression is driven by impact and capability, not tenure, and strong performance is recognised and rewarded.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who is obsessed with outcomes, not just outputs. Someone who doesn’t stop at build and ship, but is driven to ensure products are sold, adopted, valued, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll own a meaningful product domain end-to-end. That means deeply understanding customer problems, defining what success looks like in commercial terms, and pushing hard to turn strategy into results. You’ll work closely with Engineering, GTM, Marketing, and Customer teams to move fast, learn quickly, and continuously raise the bar.

This role is for a PM with real drive. Someone who challenges pace, cuts through ambiguity, and ensures momentum is maintained from idea through to customer impact at scale.

This role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid working model from our South Melbourne office.

What You'll Do

  • Own commercial outcomes for your product area, ensuring what we build is not only shipped, but sold, adopted, and delivers measurable value for customers and ROLLER.
  • Develop deep empathy for customer challenges and opportunities, and translate that into capabilities and features that create clear, aligned value for both customers and the business.
  • Define and drive a clear product strategy that balances customer impact, revenue opportunity, risk, and speed of execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with urgency, pushing for velocity while maintaining high standards for quality, clarity, and decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution, successful betas, customer adoption, and continuous iteration post-launch.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure success, identify gaps between expected and actual outcomes, and course-correct quickly.
  • Translate strategy into focused epics, user stories, and priorities that keep teams aligned on outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Act as the accountable owner for your initiatives, making trade-offs explicit, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring progress is visible and unblocked.
  • Define clear goals, success metrics, and leading indicators, and hold yourself and the team accountable to delivering meaningful results

About You

  • You build products that drive real customer and commercial outcomes, not just features.
  • You’ve shipped in fast-growing software companies and know how to juggle priorities without losing momentum.
  • You move fast, make calls with imperfect data, and iterate relentlessly.
  • You use AI as a force multiplier. Faster discovery, sharper thinking, better execution. It’s part of how you work, not a novelty.
  • You’re comfortable in ambiguity and can turn messy problems into clear opportunities and decisions.
  • You influence without authority, aligning execs and teams through clarity, logic, and conviction.
  • You’re ruthless about detail where it matters, giving engineering the context and precision they need to deliver.
  • You think commercially, build strong business cases, and are clear-eyed about trade-offs and ROI.
  • You communicate crisply and build trust across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership.
  • You experiment, test, and learn quickly, taking smart risks to unlock better outcomes.
  • You’re data-informed and market-aware, using insight to shape strategy and stay ahead.
  • You challenge the status quo and raise the bar on what a great product looks like

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
