GTM Engineer
At Rollstack, we are revolutionizing the way businesses share and communicate data and insights. Organizations worldwide rely on slide decks and documents to make informed decisions, whether for leadership, clients, or partners. Yet, preparing these materials often consumes countless hours. Rollstack fully automates that.
We help some of the world's leading organizations—from mid-sized to public companies like SoFi, Zillow and Whirlpool—in automating their slide decks and documents. Headquartered in New York, we offer a remote-friendly workplace and are backed by Insight Partners and Y Combinator, the most successful startup incubator in the world that produced the likes of Airbnb, Twitch, Instacart, Dropbox, Reddit, Doordash, Stripe, Coinbase, etc.
Our team operates with speed and focus to deliver outsized impacts for our customers. We approach every challenge with first principles, never assuming things have to be done a certain way. We are a diverse team that believes intelligence and kindness go hand in hand, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. Our persistence and rapid execution define us as a category leader and a future generational company.
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven GTM Engineer to supercharge our growth engine. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the CEO and work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to design, automate, and scale outbound and growth motions. Your expertise in tools like Clay, Sales Nav, and Instantly will help us unlock smarter prospecting, cleaner reporting, and faster execution — turning GTM operations into a growth multiplier.
What You Will Do
- Engineer the leads engine: Design, automate, and scale processes and workflows with Clay and related GTM tools.
- Own the GTM tech stack: Manage and optimize systems like Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead or Outreach.
- Automate reporting & insights: Build dashboards, pipelines, and workflows that give Sales and Marketing real-time visibility into funnel health.
- Drive pipeline growth: Partner with Sales and Marketing to enrich data, improve targeting, and boost conversion rates across channels.
- Optimize revenue processes: Streamline lead routing, attribution, and territory planning to eliminate friction.
- Scale playbooks: Build repeatable automations, playbooks, and training for the GTM team.
- Experiment & iterate: Run tests on outbound strategies, measure performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
Who We Are Looking For
- 3–5+ years of GTM / RevOps / Growth Engineering experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record building automations and workflows with Clay (or equivalent data orchestration tools).
- Strong technical chops: proficient with Salesforce + outbound stack (Sales Nav, Instantly, Apollo, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with SQL skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Clear communicator who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and growth.
Why Join Us
- Join a Y Combinator-backed company that’s redefining how individuals and teams—across industries and around the world—work smarter and faster.
- Work alongside an exceptional team of builders and operators, including alumni from Amazon, Pinterest, Tesla, Nvidia, and AiFi.
- Be part of a fully remote, globally diverse workplace that values autonomy, impact, and collaboration.
- Contribute to a product that users love and that truly sells itself—built by a world-class product and engineering team.
- Look forward to bi-annual team offsites in destinations that belong on your travel bucket list.
- Earn competitive compensation and meaningful equity in a fast-moving, high-leverage startup where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory.
