Sales Operations Analyst
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support the daily operational efficiency of our go to market team. This role plays a critical function in ensuring smooth workflows, clean data, and scalable systems—especially within our HubSpot CRM environment.
In addition to optimizing sales operations on the demand side, this role will play a key part in streamlining operational processes on the supply side of our business—supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinarians and veterinary technicians. You’ll help ensure that our supply-side teams have the tools, insights, and infrastructure needed to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of HubSpot CRM, supporting both sales and supply-side teams with pipeline management, workflows, and automation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and ensure data accuracy across the CRM.
- Collaborate with supply-side stakeholders to streamline onboarding, credentialing, and engagement workflows for veterinarians and vet technicians.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency across both sides of the marketplace.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, working to improve completeness, consistency, and reliability of partner records (clinics, practitioners, etc.).
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, growth, customer success, and finance to optimize lead nurturing, supply enablement, and partner satisfaction.
- Assist in training team members on HubSpot usage, process adherence, and tool best practices.
- Provide operational support for strategic initiatives, such as supply expansion or retention programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketplace Operations role.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (certifications a plus).
- Proven experience improving or automating operational workflows, ideally in a two-sided marketplace or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort working with CRM data and performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
