We offer a complete suite of investing solutions for both individual investors, including Stessa (financial and asset management software), RentPrep (tenant screening and placement service for landlords), and Mynd (a tech-powered property management platform for both Retail and Institutional investors).

About the role:

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be a key leader in driving customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, up-sell, and revenue growth. You’ll own our paid marketing strategy, experiment with innovative growth tactics, and collaborate with the Product team on creative ways to grow at every stage of the funnel.

We are seeking an experienced growth marketer who thrives on creative problem-solving, scaling impactful campaigns, and achieving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—and, most importantly, is driven by a passion for making real estate investing simpler and more accessible for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a comprehensive growth marketing plan to drive user acquisition, retention, and cross-sell / upsell across all channels.
  • Design, execute and optimize campaigns across channels, ensuring strong ROI and scalable growth.
  • Oversee and optimize the growth marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend allocation and favorable unit economics.
  • Design, implement, and analyze growth experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance, using insights to refine strategies. 
  • Partner with the Product team to align marketing and product-led growth strategies, and jointly own revenue outcomes
  • Identify and execute creative, non-traditional growth tactics to amplify brand reach, customer acquisition, and cross-sell / upsell.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through well-executed product and marketing-led growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and building dashboards, including tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Sigma, or similar.
  • Experience running experiments to optimize conversions and pilot new value propositions and use cases.
  • Experience and desire to test creative, low-cost strategies to achieve outsized results.
  • Experience partnering with a Product team to achieve growth outcomes.
  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to design campaigns that align with their needs and priorities.
  • Ability to effectively allocate and manage substantial budgets.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A startup spirit: A growth mindset, high learning agility, curiosity and adaptability are key.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Real estate investing experience or experience in proptech or fintech is a plus!

Location:

This position is classified as HYBRID within the Greater Oakland Area with an expectation to be in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly. 

Compensation

$167,000 - $196,500 annual base salary. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Pay Transparency:

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.  Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.
