Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Opportunity
We're seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. This is a vital role where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and team members. You'll ensure our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional customer service while managing essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Create and manage invoices, process payments, and meticulously track accounts receivable.

Schedule appointments and efficiently dispatch crews for landscaping jobs.

Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

Update customer records and job details accurately in our company systems.

Communicate effectively with vendors and order office and job supplies as needed.

Provide general office support, including email management, accurate data entry, and light bookkeeping tasks.

Support management with special projects or tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to connect clearly and professionally with diverse individuals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable quickly learning new office technology.

Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
