Ssr Office Manager & Employee Experience
We're looking for a Semi Senior Office Manager & Employee Experience to join our Montevideo office!
Your mission will be to ensure an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming work environment by providing administrative support and helping strengthen the overall employee experience for our Uruguay team.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Be present in the office from Tuesday to Friday, handling various on-site tasks such as managing breakfasts and lunches, receiving packages, keeping the office tidy and well-organized and more.
- Ensuring the office is adequately stocked with stationery, kitchen and toilet supplies etc.
- Organize and archive documents as needed.
- Liaising with the landlord and / or building manager on any office, building and security related matters
- Coordinate with external vendors for deliveries and follow up on pending requests.
- Management of petty cash and recording of expenses using corporate debit and credit cards.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the inventory of tools and work equipment.
- Support administrative tasks related to the Colombia office (e.g., stock control and vendor follow-ups).
- Planning and executing internal events and team-building activities, with schedule flexibility to attend events held outside regular working hours.
- Help coordinate employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Provide assistance to team members by answering basic questions about internal processes and policies. Handling any issues or concerns that arise
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation for team members when required. Acting as a culture ambassador for the office
Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?
- Around 2/3+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally in tech or fast-paced environments.
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate English level
