It’s important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.

We're looking for a Semi Senior Flutter Developer, to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product. They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software, which is aligned with client needs and company standards.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using Flutter.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• 2.5+ years of experience developing mobile apps with Flutter.
• Solid understanding of Dart and mobile development principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cross-platform performance optimization (Nice to have).
