Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated freelance professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• • +3 years of experience in the recruitment industry within the tech industry (required).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
