About the Team:
The Ecommerce team are masters of blending art and science. They combine creative thinking and analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms. This team works closely with the Commercial Planning & Content and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way, and partners hand-in-hand with our Technology team to explore new areas of opportunity in our ecommerce ecosystem. As fans of all things ecommerce, they’re also always on the lookout for the latest digital commerce trends.
The Ecommerce Associate Manager will play a critical role in bringing our ecommerce strategy to life across rothys.com, including executing content and product launches on site, catalog management and site merchandising. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce and is highly cross functional, collaborating regularly with the Marketing, Technology and Merchandising teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute content and product launches on site, start to finish
- Coordinate with creative, copy & creative ops on asset specs, handoffs, and staging review to ensure flawless launch execution and operational efficiency
- Execute and review all PDP, site content, and navigation updates in Shopify on launch days in accordance with commercial and site content plans
- Partner with product merchandising team to execute merchandising strategies, review moderation, pricing updates and promotions
- Manage site analytics dashboards and trackers; pull reports for content, search and navigation analysis on a weekly and ad hoc basis; help identify trends and key insights to drive site performance
- Contribute new ideas and competitive analysis to improve seasonal strategies, site functionality, and operational processes
You are:
- Detail oriented; committed to flawless execution in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Able to multitask and efficiently manage workload and deliverables independently, with minimal guidance
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal, with a robust track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive & engaged, constantly generating and sharing new ideas and ways to improve processes, site experience or functionality
- Curious, especially about our customer’s shopping behavior and what’s happening across the industry
You have:
- 3-5 years experience in ecommerce, site merchandising and/or site marketing operations (Direct to Consumer (DTC) retail preferred)
- Direct experience managing site updates on Shopify/Shopify Plus
- Solid understanding and fluency in key retail KPIs and site performance metrics
- An aesthetic aptitude, with a strong eye for compelling site content and site merchandising strategies

Pay range:
$82,000 - $96,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
