What You’ll Be Working On
- Produce analytical data, reports, insights and recommendations directly available to key business executives and digital stakeholders for iterative, continuous business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to strategize and optimize user experience, conversion, and analytics initiatives to iterate and improve business conversion goals.
- Project manage A/B testing and analytics processes for enterprise optimization efforts.
- Monitor test performance, data quality, and flag any issues to the affected teams.
- Put together quantitative deep dive analysis and insights across performance data, A/B testing results and audience segmentation analysis to provide recommendations for complex business challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field preferred
- Experience with web analytics including Adobe Analytics (highly preferred), Google Analytics, and troubleshooting required using debugger tools. Experience with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are highly desired.
- Experience with A/B testing tools including Adobe Target, Optimizely, Salesforce Interaction Studio.
- Experience working with business intelligence solutions (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Domo). Experience with Power BI is highly desired.
- Storyteller - Exceptional communication skills; ability to transform data into narratives for both written reports and meeting presentations.
- Strong communication skills - able to translate technical tasks to a non-technical audience
- Detail oriented, organized, transparent, and reliable
- Highly values teamwork and collaboration
- Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently. Experience with Jira and Confluence are a plus
- Keep open lines of communication with all stakeholders
- Proactive and independent but knows when to escalate larger issues
- Resourceful - taps into all tools and resources available
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $3,541.67.00 - $3,958.33, with an annualized equivalent of $85,000 - $95,000.
