Who You’ll Be Collaborating With
The Junior Client Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for managing an entire billing cycle for a client or group of clients. This position will work closely with various departments such as the Account and Project Management teams to ensure accurate billing and vendor payments.
Job Summary
The Junior Client Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for managing an entire billing cycle for a client or group of clients. This includes processing invoices for expenses incurred during production of commercials/ad, assisting with client billing, vendor payments and accounts receivable management.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Reviewing and approving production job submissions in NetSuite.
- Reviewing and approving estimates in NetSuite.
- Reviewing, coding and processing vendor invoices and other documents against production jobs in NetSuite.
- Maintaining billing calendars with various account teams.
- Generating draft billing for account team to review.
- Generating and delivering live billing packages for client base.
- Interacting with account team and other department leads to resolve billing and vendor issues.
- Various reporting functions using NetSuite and Excel.
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Preferred experience with NetSuite or other project accounting system.
- Experience with Adobe/Acrobat Pro.
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written skills.

The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $45,000.00
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
