What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a Platform Management Investment Coordinator to join the Digital Media team. This position supports day‑to‑day digital media management and reporting across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms.
 
Primary responsibilities include supporting the team with campaign setup, maintenance, optimization, and tracking across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, and programmatic buying tools. This role is a strong fit for someone interested in the platform and execution side of paid media, who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and run smoothly. This is an entry‑level position and does not require a college degree.

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Supporting campaign management, implementation and tracking across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
  • Campaign setup, maintenance, and capturing ad examples
  • Pulling, organizing, and reviewing performance reports
  • Handling billing and invoice processes
  • Partnering closely with teammates to flag issues, ask questions, and support campaign accuracy

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (tables and charts required; pivot tables and lookups a plus)
  • Comfort with numbers and basic math
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive in asking questions and raising potential issues early
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic remote, collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, kind, and open to learning new platforms, tools, and ways of working

Pay and Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, which is the equivalent to $36,400 gross pay a year.

Pay is not negotiable.
