- Lead user research efforts to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows.
- Translate user insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to create intuitive solutions that delight customers.
- Apply design thinking principles to guide ideation, prototyping, and validation.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements that enhance user experience and deliver value quickly.
- Support Marketing and Sales to ensure product messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with customer needs and company strategy.
🎯 What We’re Looking For / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B technical software, product, or program management role, with a focus on building developer tools, platforms, or ecosystems (e.g., middleware, infrastructure software, APIs, SDKs, or networking products).
- Hands-on software development experience or strong adjacent technical background.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, technical audiences, and the unique challenges of building tools for developers.
- Demonstrates a proactive, growth-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Brings an entrepreneurial, founder-like spirit — balancing big-picture strategic thinking with a bias for action and attention to detail.
