Executive Assistant
Are you an efficient, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and getting things done? RTI is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management Team. Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative and project management tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ✨ What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to multiple executives.
- Must be local and able to work from the local office 2x week.
- Provide project management assistance on initiatives across multiple departments.
- Organize, plan and execute team morale activities, corporate meetings, department offsites, and other company events.
- Attend team meetings, take minutes, track action items, and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources for effective follow-up.
- Be a cultural ambassador and help build great relationships throughout RTI.
- Exercise strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Remain extremely organized, take initiative, work independently and follow-through on tasks.
🎯 What We’re Looking For / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (direct executive support, project management, coordinator roles, or event planning experience).
- Ability to prioritize work and learn quickly in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
- People-oriented, positive, great listening skills, can-do attitude, and willingness to help all.
- Excellent communications skills and professional demeanor; able to use discretion when necessary.
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with ease.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; complex calendar management is a must.

The compensation range for this role is 60-70k for Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
