Communications and Social Media Coordinator

✨ What You’ll Do 

  • Assist with the development of RTI’s global social media strategy across both organic and paid channels to increase awareness and create demand for RTI software (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
  • Daily management of RTI social media channels including developing copy, graphics, and scheduling posts/posting in real time across all corporate channels
  • Track commentary online to ensure the company is actively participating in relevant, real-time conversations as well as staying up to date on the latest social and digital media trends
  • Develop and manage the corporate social media calendar and work with key stakeholders to ensure timely promotion of our news, events, content, culture, etc.
  • Serve as the internal expert for social media, working across departments to train executives, spokespeople and employees as needed
  • Regular tracking, analyzing and reporting on both organic and paid social media metrics to make data-driven campaign recommendations
  • Coordinate and project manage Corporate Communications activities including media and industry research, content development, website updates, award submissions, executive visibility support, and ongoing news monitoring.

🎯 What We’re Looking For 

  • 1-2 years of experience managing social media in the technology space, preferably B2B, with a proven track record of overseeing the process from beginning to end (organic and paid)
  • Ability to create professional imagery/graphics and videos optimized for social media
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you can take complex, deeply technical topics/ideas and produce creative, engaging and professional content
  • Extremely detail oriented with a positive, self-starter, can-do attitude
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for the intersection of B2B technology, social media, communications and storytelling

  • Experience marketing/selling into a technical audience (developers, engineers, system architects)
  • Background/degree in public relations/corporate communications or Marketing
  • Customer service experience and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach

The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000  for Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
