Responsibilities  

• Oversee and review all scripts and provide constructive feedback where necessary
• Support writers to improve structure, pacing, clarity of scripts
• Identify areas to improve writing processes and create more efficient workflows
• Contributes to high-quality scripts when needed
• Reviews and selects upcoming video topics

Personality  

• You love storytelling and have strong editorial skills. You have a passion for elevating content quality through clear, structured, and engaging writing
• Enjoys coaching and mentoring others - motivated by helping others improve and grow
• You're a team player who collaborates effectively and thrives in team settings
• You're engaged with consumer electronics and helping audiences understand them 

Qualification/Experience  

• 3+ years of experience writing or editing scripts, ideally for YouTube, in tech, product reviews, or educational content
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats and pacing, knows how to keep viewers engaged
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong editorial skills and has experience providing constructive feedback to refine tone, flow, and clarity

• Experience working with large YouTube channels
• Experience with data-driven content strategies  
• Hands-on video production experience
