Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, manage yard/docks and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records and stock out avoidance. You will manage the plant procurement process and implement strategies to optimize inventory flow. You are a structured and analytical thinker who will fit into our data-hungry environment and have a passion for establishing durable, quality and efficient practices. You are detail-oriented and constantly identify opportunities to get the best outcomes for the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels to proactively identify and prevent stockouts
  • Execute weekly/monthly physical inventory counts
• Procurement Coordination:
  • Identify and source vendors for necessary goods and services
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers
  • Place purchase orders and manage the procurement process
• Warehouse Supervision:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
  • Champion warehouse safety procedures and compliance with regulations
  • Train and develop warehouse personnel
• Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels, purchasing activity, and warehouse performance
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP (NetSuite) and data visualization tools like Looker to track inventory and optimize operations

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years experience or equivalent in warehouse supervision and purchasing
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience pulling and backing in trailers (up to 53’)

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000 per year base salary
• An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
• Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
