Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, global and cross-functional partners, this role helps keep the lifecycle engine running smoothly, supporting campaign builds, QA, flow maintenance, and insight gathering that directly contribute to list growth, engagement, conversion, repeat purchase, and long-term retention.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to deepen their CRM and lifecycle expertise in a fast-paced, global DTC environment.

German language skills are a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Support end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns across European markets, from briefing and setup through testing, deployment, and post-send review
  • Build and schedule Email and SMS campaigns within CRM platforms (Klayvio), ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, localisation, and timing alignment
  • Maintain lifecycle calendars and coordinate timelines to ensure retention activity aligns with broader commercial initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure messaging, content, and offers are accurate, market-appropriate, and on-brand
  • Support smooth hand-offs and communication across teams to keep lifecycle initiatives on track

Automated Journeys & Flow Management

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated lifecycle flows and journeys (e.g. welcome, browse/cart abandon, post-purchase, winback)
  • Help maintain and optimise email and SMS sign-up modals, forms, and acquisition entry points to support list growth and conversion rate optimisation
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention through testing, iteration, and continuous optimisation
  • Own documentation of flow logic, testing learnings, and ongoing improvements

Localization and QA

  • Execute lifecycle activities across multiple European markets, including coordinating German-market localisation and campaign support where needed
  • QA entry points regularly to ensure functionality, correct data capture, and seamless integration into CRM systems
  • Carry out thorough QA checks across campaigns, flows, languages, devices, and markets, reviewing links, tracking, segmentation logic, dynamic content, and rendering
  • Ensure Support adherence to data privacy and consent best practices, including GDPR requirements for European markets

Reporting and Analytics

  • Monitor and report on lifecycle performance across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels
  • Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting, pulling performance data and summarising key trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Maintain dashboards, test-and-learn documentation, and reporting hygiene
  • Work closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Analytics, and agency partners to manage creative briefs, asset requests, feedback cycles, and approvals

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email/SMS marketing, or a related marketing operations role
  • Hands-on experience working in ESP/CRM and SMS platforms (preferably Klaviyo and Postscript)
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for QA, accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Comfort working with performance metrics and reporting, with the ability to interpret results and summarise insights
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally

Preferred:

  • German language proficiency
  • Experience supporting multi-market or international lifecycle programmes
  • Exposure to SMS, Direct Mail, or multi-channel lifecycle programmes
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting or troubleshooting
  • Experience with Shopify or another eCommerce platform
