IT Support Specialist
Rumble is a high-growth neutral video platform that is creating the rails and independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture. Rumble’s mission is to restore the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.
We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist who can join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to local and remote employees and be involved in all IT support activities, under the general direction of the Corp IT Director. In this role you will:
- Act as the initial point of contact for all IT requests reported by on-site and remote employees
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and track all helpdesk interactions
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to IT Management
- Assist management with the implementation of company approved IT policies and controls
- Train employees on software, hardware, and technical processes
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Assist with onboarding new users & ensure each workstation has appropriate hardware & software
- Other duties as assigned
- Some local & international travel will be required
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows, MAC, IOS, Android operating systems
- Experience with MS365 and/or G-Suite administration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Familiar with end-point management systems
- Passionate and patient about problem solving and customer service
- Diligent following processes, and documentation
- Highly effective communication skills
- Comfortable speaking directly with all levels of staff and management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Preferred Qualification:
- Microsoft, CompTia A+, Net+ or other certifications are a plus
- At least 2 years’ experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Annual Compensation Range: $40,000-$52,000 USD base + benefits + equity
