RunPod  is looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our products in the market, blending deep product knowledge with creative marketing communication. This individual will take ownership of product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and support marcomm initiatives to deliver cohesive brand storytelling and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Marketing:
    • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
    • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to understand product features and customer pain points.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform marketing strategies.
    • Track and report on product performance metrics, ensuring constant feedback loops with key stakeholders.
  2. Marcomm Strategy and Execution:
    • Work closely with the marketing communications team to craft compelling content and campaigns that amplify product value and brand messaging.
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, etc.) to support product awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Support the creation of marketing materials that effectively communicate product benefits to different customer segments.
    • Assist in brand strategy by ensuring all product marketing materials and messages are consistent with the company's voice and positioning.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the bridge between product management, sales, marcomm, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product launches, updates, and messaging.
    • Provide sales teams with the tools and training they need to effectively sell the product, including sales enablement content and competitive analysis.
  4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
    • Use data and feedback to refine product messaging and campaign effectiveness, and report on KPIs such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Strong understanding of marcomm principles and experience in crafting integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Successful completion of a background check

  • The competitive base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process, based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
