Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell opportunities within a named list of our largest clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at the C-suite and director levels.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them understand how additional Runwise solutions can solve their business challenges.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor client health and identify potential upsell triggers.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to hand off and collaborate on new business opportunities within your accounts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on sales progress and account health.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • You are highly consultative, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • You have a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and a knack for identifying and developing expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You ideally have experience in the real estate or PropTech industry with a strong professional network in NYC.
  • You are proficient with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data to inform your sales strategy.

Salary range: On Target Earnings of $200,000 - $280,000 (Uncapped Commission) based on experience level

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • HSA & FSA options
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Access to Talkspace & Health Advocate
  • Flexible PTO
  • Commuter Benefits
  • 401K
  • Company paid life insurance
  • Voluntary supplemental life insurance
  • Summer Fridays
  • Monthly L&D Series
  • Employee Resource Groups (e.g. DEIB Committee, Run Club)
  • Hybrid working environment - in NYC office 3 days per week

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company, one of the true leaders within energy efficiency in the Northeast. You will be surrounded by talented people, including working very closely with our co-founder and sales leader. Your success will also make a tangible impact on reducing carbon emissions across the country, within the cities where we operate.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
