Join our Player Session Team as a Product Owner, where your core mission is to safeguard and enhance the security and privacy of our players’ accounts - all while improving the speed and simplicity with which they access and enjoy our services. You’ll help define how we protect our users without slowing them down, striking the right balance between cutting-edge security and seamless user experience. 

In this role, you’ll build features that users don’t just tolerate - they’ll appreciate them, because they feel safe, respected, and in control. This is a high-impact area of the business, and your work will directly influence player trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention. 

What You'll Do:

• Champion a customer-first mindset by deeply understanding player needs and using data, feedback, and behavioral insights to shape the product vision.
• Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with strategic initiatives and stakeholder goals to deliver player and business value.
• Translate high-level initiatives into clear, measurable outcomes and success criteria, continuously tracking performance to surface new opportunities.
• Define detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring a shared understanding across engineering, design, and data teams.
• Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on value, impact, and technical feasibility, adjusting as priorities evolve.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to set sprint goals and support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with the roadmap, and coordinate successful handovers and rollouts with Operations.
• Stay informed on emerging industry trends - including privacy, session management, and secure authentication - to guide long-term product evolution.
• Work closely with the Senior Product Owner to co-shape the broader strategy, consolidate overlapping needs, and drive elegant, scalable solutions. 

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent role), driving measurable outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. 
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles, with hands-on experience leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. 
• Strategic and analytical mindset - you see the big picture, ask the right questions, and dig into details when it matters. 
• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance value, urgency, and feasibility while navigating ambiguity. 
• Clear and inclusive communicator (English, verbal and written), able to align diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making. 
• Naturally curious and improvement-focused - you continuously explore ways to make the product and processes better. 
• Familiarity with application and data security concepts, particularly in environments where user authentication and session management are key. 
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude - you focus on possibilities and paths forward, not just obstacles.
